What Venn does

Venn only gathers interview availability. You choose the time and book the interview outside Venn. Venn does not connect to calendars or send calendar invitations.

Your plan

The current scheduled price is $15 + GST a month per person. There is one subscription per account, with unlimited requests and cancellation at any time. No free trial or free requests are offered. An active subscription is required to create requests. Past requests remain available without an active subscription.

People who subscribe during launch pricing keep that price while their subscription stays active. If they cancel and subscribe again, the current price applies.

Fair use

Fair use is up to 200 requests per account each month. Reopening a request does not count as a new request. There are no credits or metering charges.

People’s details and private links

You must have permission to use the people’s details for recruitment purposes. Keep each person’s private link private. Links expire after 24 hours and can be reopened for another 24 hours.

Data and cancellation

The intended retention period is 12 months after the request’s last activity. Requests, saved clients and contacts may be deleted at any time. Payments, invoices and cancellation will be managed through Stripe.
