What Venn collects

Venn collects your account details and the names, optional email addresses and availability you enter for recruitment purposes. Participants use private links and do not need accounts. Their names and answers are not shown to other participants.

Permission and use

You must have permission to use the people’s details for recruitment purposes. Request email addresses are used only for emails about that request.

Storage and outside services

Data is stored in Sydney, Australia. It passes briefly through our website server on the way. Payments will be handled by Stripe. App emails use Lovable’s managed email service. Recipient email addresses and the interview details included in an email are shared with that service for delivery. Email processing may occur outside Australia. The provider’s processing countries have not been confirmed.

Retention and deletion

The intended retention period is 12 months after a request’s last activity. You will be able to delete a request, saved client or contact at any time. Deleting your account will delete everything under it. Participant links will stop working after 24 hours unless reopened.
