Venn sends the hiring manager and each panel member a private link, so they offer their own times. The candidate then only sees the times that suit the panel. Nobody needs an account and you do not connect a calendar.

A few questions
Do I need to connect my calendar?+
No. Venn does not read your calendar. You choose a time and send the invite from your own calendar.
Do hiring managers need an account?+
No. Each person gets a private link, ticks the times they can do and saves.
What if there are no times in common?+
Venn tells you when everyone has answered, and flags anyone who said none of the times work. You can reopen the links for another 24 hours so they can add more.
How long do the links last?+
24 hours. After that nobody can see or change anything. You can reopen a request at any time and the same links work again.
Can I add my own times?+
Yes. When you set up the request you say whether you are attending. If you are, you tick your own times first, and everyone else only sees those.
Does Venn send the calendar invite?+
No. Venn gives you a title and details to copy, and buttons that open a new event in Google Calendar or Outlook on the web. You send the invite yourself.
What does it cost?+
$15 + GST a month per person. That covers unlimited requests, and you can cancel any time. People who join during launch pricing keep that price while they stay subscribed.
